At Macss, our aim is to provide person-centred, hands-off care focused on each individual's wishes. Unlike companies that offer physical personal care, we address the emotional and social needs that can come with retirement, loss, or loneliness. Here’s how we plan to help:


Half days:
9.30am - 12.30pm (Morning slot)
1.30pm - 4.30pm (Afternoon slot)

Full day:
10.30am - 3.30pm (Hours adaptable on discussion)

Set weekly hours:

*Decide how your hours are used.
*Easily adjust for appointments or events.

We offer 'Care management' hours, available for separate purchase:
• Confidentiality paperwork enables work with agencies like Housing, social services, and NHS.
• Assisted living technology support is provided, including help setting up tablets and iPads to encourage family communication.
• Families have a single point of contact; regular updates are sent to an assigned family member via calls or email.
